A quick reference for some of the commonly faced difficulties

This message means that you cannot login because the email address and/or password information you entered does not match the sign up information we have in our database. There could be few reasons why this could be happening.

1. Email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. Please check that the caps lock  key on your keyboard is not activated and try retyping your information again.

2. You can’t remember your password. If this is the case, simply reset it by going to the login page and clicking on the “reset here" link. You will be asked to enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to that email address.

3. The email address you entered does not match the records we have for your account. To troubleshoot, please check that the email address you entered is the one you remember using when you had registered and if you cannot remember, simply register again under a different email address.

Yes, you can download all reports that were ordered from the same account you created with ezysolare. Simply login and click on the 'Download' tab and select the report type you are looking for.

Since your email address is used as the login for your ezysolare account, we do not currently allow you to change your email address automatically. If you do need to change your email address, please reach out to us at contact us for help.

Please be sure that the signIn email from ezysolare is not marked as spam by your email program. 

If it is not, then the most likely reason for not receiving your account activation email is that you mistyped your email address in the signIn process. Please Sign-In again or reach out to us at contact us for help.

And If you do not receive an email from us please click 'Resend the Message' button to resend the activation email. 

To activate your account simply click on ‘Confirm’ button in the activation email ezysolare sent to your email address.

After you receive a confirmation message that your account is activated, you will be asked to Login here.

Ezysolare services are available without signing in to all users. However, if you have your own account in ezysolare you can track your order, maintain your own repository of reports, invoices and can download it whenever you want.

So you want to create an account with us? Having an account with us will take only few steps

1: Be on Sign In

Be on 'Sign In' page from any page of ezysolare website or by going to ezysolare.com/login.

You can use laptop, desktop or even your mobile to go to ezysolare page.

2: Create your account 

Once you are on ezysolare page, you can create your account by selecting 'Sign In' or by going to ezysolare.com/signup. In order to create an account you need to provide your full name, email address, and a password. 

3:Confirm your account 

After you have created your account, we will send you an email address you have provided by us to verify your account with ezysolare. Please click 'Confirm' to activate your account. 

If you do not receive an email from us please click 'Resend the Message' button to confirm that you have sent it again.

You can always reset or change your password on ezysolare website. 

1st Step: If you forgot your password

1. Be on 'Sign In' page from any page of ezysolare website or by going to ezysolare.com/login

2. Once you are on ‘Sign In’ page, you can reset your password by selecting   ‘Reset here’ or by going to http://ezysolare.com/login/password-reset . 

3. In order to reset your password you need to provide your email address. 

4. We will send you a link to reset your password in your email address. 

2nd Step: You want to change your password 

1. Be on 'Sign In' page from any page of ezysolare website or by going to ezysolare.com/login and login to your account. 

2. On your dashboard under change password tab enter your new and old password and your password is changed now.

You can update your account information both in mobile and by signing in at ezysolare.com

In the mobile & ezysolare website:

  1   Navigate to ezysolare.com and sign in

  2   Go to “my profile” section on the main page of your account or select “my profile” from dropdown on clicking My Account on top right page.

 3  Here you can change the email, name, phone number, billing information:company  name, address, city, state, country, zipcode, password associated with your account.

You can deactivate your account temporarily and choose to come back whenever you want.

1. Navigate to Contact Us page on ezysolare website. 

          2. Under inquiry write down to us and we will disable your account. 

If your account is deactivated, you will loose all your data and information from ezysolare such as reports, invoices, your personal information & billing information. 

If you’d like to come back to ezysolare anytime after you’ve been deactivated, you can create your account again by following the Sign Up process given below.
